How to find your UTR number

After you pay, we ask for the UTR — the reference number your bank puts on a completed transfer. It is how we match your payment to your order.

Where to find it:

• Google Pay — tap the payment, then "UPI transaction ID"
• PhonePe — open the transaction, the UTR is under the amount
• Paytm — transaction details, listed as "UPI Ref No."
• Net banking — on the transaction receipt, usually labelled UTR or RRN

It is usually twelve digits. Some banks issue a longer reference with letters for NEFT and IMPS transfers; either is fine.
