This policy explains what FluxPay Exchange collects when you use the Platform, why, and how long it is kept.

## What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and mobile number.
- Order details — amounts, the network you chose, the wallet address or payout account you supplied, and the payment reference or transaction hash you submitted.
- Technical details — IP address, browser and device information, collected to detect fraud and abuse.

Payment screenshots you upload are stored privately and are reachable only through short-lived signed links.

## Why we collect it
To operate your orders, to contact you about them, to prevent fraud, and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

## What we do not do
FluxPay Exchange does not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not require identity documents to use the Platform.

## Retention
Order records and payment proofs are kept for at least one year so both sides have a record of a completed exchange. You can ask us to delete your account; order records that we are required to keep will be retained.

## Your choices
You can update your details from your profile, switch off non-essential notifications, and ask for a copy of your data by writing to support@example.com.
